Call for Papers

ACM Turing Celebration Conference - China (ACM TURC) 2026, will be held in Hangzhou from July 4 to 5, 2026. Yannis Ioannidis, the President of ACM and academician Mei Hong serve as the chairmen of the academic Steering Committee. Academician Chun Chen, academician Ninghui Sun, and Prof. Huadong Ma serve as co-chairs. Domestic and international academic experts and professors, including ACM Turing Award winners, share their views on cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence, and discuss the future of computing science. The paper track provides an opportunity to engage with attendees on the material presented in the talks, present early-stage work, and receive feedback from both the industry and the academia. The TPC chairs invite the submission of full papers and poster papers to following symposia for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings.

Author and Submission Guidelines

Full papers: contain no more than six single-spaced and numbered pages, including figures, tables, any appendices, and any other material, followed by as many pages as necessary for bibliographic references. Font size should be no smaller than 10 points. Double column format with each column having dimensions 9.25 inches x 3.33 inches, a space of 0.33 inches between the two columns, and with no more than 55 lines of text per column. Submissions should fit properly on US letter-sized paper (8.5 inches by 11 inches). All submitted papers will be considered for a Best Paper Award.

Poster papers: we invite each winner of 2024/2025 ACM China Rising Star Award and 2024/2025 ACM China Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award to submit one poster papers. Poster papers contain no more than two single-spaced and numbered pages, including figures, tables, any appendices, and bibliographic references with the rest settings same as full papers.

Submissions must be in PDF (Portable Document Format). Authors should ensure that they are compatible with Adobe Acrobat (English version). Any other formats, including Postscript and MS-Word, will not be accepted. All submissions will be reviewed using a single-blind review process. Accepted papers and posters will be included in ACM Digital Library (ACM DL), publishing under ACM OPEN, and subjected to ACM APC (https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance).
